I recently bought a very nice 99% original 1975 Mav - 2 dr 250 6. with a 3 speed. Red with a light tan interior. Very clean and the paint and body is a 9 out 10! Total of 228,000 miles and I believe I am the third owner. Older restoration but has been in storage the last several years, about the only thing that is not stock is somewhere along the line it was converted to a floor shift. Found a maintenance log under the seat starting when it was new and going up to over 200,000 miles. My First Maverick was a 1976, 302 and 3 speed; yellow with a black halo vinyl roof, and was bought new off the show room floor at Johnny Harper Ford in Wheatridge Colorado. Decide to join the form for help and advise along the way but so far other than the choke not working and being hard to start on the the cooler mornings now hitting the Mile High City (Denver) All I have had to do is drive it and wash it.
