my front rubber hoses are shot .. need new ones.. WANT some of the uber aftermarket braided and lined super hoses .. but who sells them to fit a Maverick?
Just take your old hoses to somebody who makes them in your area. They will use them as a pattern. Occassional they will want you to buy new rubber lines to use the ends. 40.00 to 65.00 a hose if I recall what I got quoted
yes but thats for OE style hoses .. I am curious about the aftermarket heavyduty thick wall steel braided hoses for increased pedal feel and firmness.. have a set on 2 other vehicles and they are a night day difference with a manual brake car .. not as noticable with a power brake but then again the Mav isn't.. sooooo anyone know anyone who has them ?
no there are not... been there tried that. the thread size that goes into the caliper is not any standard pipe or AN size thread. i already went the route. unless you have an after market caliper or mustang one your not going to get one to work.
