So I have 69.5 mav that has a 302 stuffed in it. The front suspension is shot, it handle like crap, floats like a boat and hits the ground if u take a bump or a dip at anything over 5mph. I want to upgrade the suspension so it can handle the weight of the bigger engine and preform better. I dont know much about suspension but im planning on getting a kit that replaces everything. Is the price differance in a name brand kit like a PST worth what you would get in some cheap ebay kit? I dont need top of the line but if a pst or someother kit is way better i could swing the 150 bucks.

Right now im looking at ordering this one and installin it this winter: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Fron...=Make:Ford|Model:Maverick&hash=item2c5f002343

but heres the PST kit http://www.p-s-t.com/pc-922-94-ford-granadamaverickpinto-1970-80.aspx

Ive heard good things about pst but like i dont know much about suspension so would the pst preform much better? Also does anyone recommend a diff kit?

First thing I would do would be to replace the coil springs. They sound worn out.

Otherwise...when it comes to front end parts, I would stick with Moog parts (it is a brand name). You can get them at NAPA, Advance, etc.

The PST kit is missing the UCA shafts, new bushings won't help when the shaft is worn down.
