The fuel gauge in my 70 Mav doesnt work. Tank, sender, lines and pump are all new. Could it be a bad ground or the gauge itself? Any help is appreciated!

Try hooking a wire to a good ground source at the tank and hooking it up to the sending unit wire while it is disconnected at the tank, it should peg you gauge.

If your gauge checks out ok, get a new fuel voltage reg.. The one that is on the back of your gauges... its not always the case but if your grounds and gauge are good its the only thing left....
