Gas caps...

    I went to a car show/swap meet/old car races this weekend. It was in zepherhills for us florida poeple. The only comet/maverick parts i found were the comet style gas cap in pretty good condision. Ive been watching them on ebay and they dont go for cheap. Well i got tired of not finding any thing so went back to the gas cap and bought for $30. Ive wanted one for awhile and im glad i didnt have to us ebay for it.

    that one is correct for the 74-up cars but yeah, they can run into money. i had one of those that was NOS once and have had several used ones (got a thing for gas caps :D)

    That was a good deal. They go pretty high on ebay.:)

    Ya when i saw it i was afraid to ask the guy how much knowing how much they go for. When he told me i had to wipe the sweet off my face.
