I`ve been looking for a nice 70-72 Maverick - finally found one that floats my boat. It grew up in California but it eventually found it`s way to GEORGIA and my garage. I drove it to work today and took a few pics. I`m going to try and post them - if it doesn`t work, maybe someone can help me out.:bananaman
Very Nice. .. Looks like you made the deal and got it .... Wonder if anybody on the board recognizes it ....
I thought that was gsjohnson's car, based on the fuel injection. It had the poboy wheels & hubcaps on it when he sold it.
Matt you`re right - it was built by GS Johnson and it did have the 14" stock wheels with poverty caps - I don`t know Corbin - thought they were the same person.
Way to go Matt, I knew it was something like that. I just looked up the thread when he sold it. http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=6491&page=1&pp=20
Congrats Tim!!! Damn nice looking car! EFI, A/C, P/S, P/B, that thing is perfect! I'm really diggin' the interior, it's just right. You definately gotta be planning Fun Ford Weekend in Commerce next year with that thing. You want to get rid of any of them others, let me know.
