Well, sold the Maverick and am out of Mavericks again. I'll still read what goes on but since I don't own a Maverick I won't be on here much anymore. I only read what was going on and answered if I thought I could help anyway. I do feel like I made a couple friends on here. I sold a couple of Mavericks to some nice people that are on here and consider those guys my friends.
I sure hope those cars do you gentlemen well.
It was hard watching my 72 Maverick leave the yard on a trailer yesterday. My kids bought me thins one for a Christmas present. I am trying to fix my dad's old wrecked 93 F150 supercab and need the money for parts and services. Ya'll take care and I wish the best for the site. It is a good one. It is one of the best internet car site on the internet with people showing more respect for other members. I will miss being a part of it though I was a very small, mostly un-noticed part of it.

Clint, go get another Maverick! :thumbs2:

Seriously, it was good to have you here and you can hang out and post anytime you want, with or without owning a Maverick.

And thanks again for the Maverick. We'll be in touch so we can get everything taken care of. And believe me when I say this Maverick will be well taken care of and I'll send you pics when I have something to show.

    Clint,

Terry said it well. You are a true gentleman to this site. it would be sad to see you go. I know I myself have bought parts from you and you are as honest as they come. I hope you can get your truck fixed and hopefully get another maverick soon. If you need any parts I would be more than happy to work with getting you anything that you may need that I might have and look at bringing them down to you. I have a lot of family that live in Salisbury area just out side of Charlotte and I am down there at least two or three times a year. Good luck with your truck and let us know if you get another Maverick. I myself would be more than glad to help you.

Men, I am touched. Honestly. I really felt like when I posted on something nobody ever read it. Thanks you all. I love the Maverick so much I will always be on here reading what is going on. Funny thing is I have never even had the joy of driving one. One of these days maybe I'll get the honor of owning one long enough to fix it up and enjoy it.
I know a lot about old ford trucks in the 67-72 era and a lot of that transposes over to the Maverick as far as some of the engine parts and other areas. That is where I tried to help.
Thanks for the kind words. I'll be around in the back ground.
mjm0395 thanks for the offer. I couldn't let you do that but thanks.
Jamie I hope it continues to serve you well and that goes for the 74 Bobby bought.
Ya'll take care and keep this site the way it is. It is one of the nicest, cleanest sites on the web.
