    Hello everyone, I am new to this forum as well as a 1st time Maverick owner. I have recently aquired a bone-stock 1970 Maverick with 90k original miles on it. 2.0 inline 6 and 3 speed auto trans. I am very anxious to get to work on this car and I thought becoming a member of a Maverick community would be a rewarding first step. Glad to be here!

    If your ignition switch is under the dash then your car is a very early 70 usually called a 69.5 :)

    Thankyou everyone! I love this car! I had a crown vic before this and I never thought I would enjoy a small car but it's a lot of fun to drive and easy as pie to work on. Kickass.
