Heater box

    Will a no air heater box bolt in a car that came with air?
    I was wanting to have asmaller heater box in the car but not sure if it will fit. If it will I will be needeing a non air box if anyone has one they want to sell.

    whats the difference in the non a/c heater box and an a/c heater box? different vaccume? will it worl to add the a/c heater box to a non ac/c car without alot of mods? want to add now incase needed later...summer in oklahoma sucks the big one..too much humidity..thanks

    smaller design as it only has a heater core in it, no vacuum b/s to deal with. and yes, you can add air to a non-air car, just add a drain hole and use all the a/c stuff (lines, vacuum hoses, control panel and switch, etc.) from a donor car


    my blue '71 was an A/C car but i removed everything and installed a non-a/c dash and heater box in mine. cant even tell it was ever there :D

    very true... to me, a/c isnt worth the effort :D
