I would appreciate it someone could tell me the routing of heater hoses to my heater core. This is a factory air 1977 Maverick which had a 250 six cylinder but am installing the 88 5.0 injected motor. My guess is the fitting from the intake goes to the fitting on the drivers side (left) of the heater core and the water neck fitting goes to the far right fitting (passenger) side of the heater core could someone verify that for me and also wondering if I still need to use the heater control valve and which hose it goes on and what is the purpose of it anyway? I think that is what it is called. thanks!
