I live on the side of a mountain here in West B.G. Virginia. Im current working on a 76 Stallion, 302, Auto, buckets and floor shift. It's coming back to life. The picture is on the Stallion registry http://membre.oricom.ca/plemire/. Ill post a picture or two here when I take a few new ones. I was on here looking for parts and I see alot of names Ive had the good fortune of dealing with or meeting from for various projects. After about 3 hours of browseing, I've already made use of alot of good information so hello and thanks. Kevin
awesome! welcome to the board. there is another guy herer with a really nice stallion, he might be a good source of info.
Welcome aboard Kevin! :Handshake I just purchased a Stallion myself out of Washington. Just got it a couple months ago. Is yours the white one being restored that I saw pictures of? Mine is white.
Thanks for the welcome, The BG is for: West (By God) Virginia. I'm about halfway between Huntington WV, Home of the Herd - We are Marshall -University and Charleston WV, Home of the life sucking, taxamost, no common sense, out of touch politicians, (I meant that in a good way of course). I had to Edit the Stallion registry address I had it wrong. I noticed Dan Starnes had posted it on here before. My Maverick is #3 right below his in the Red and Black section. I tried to load a picture but says I dont have enough priviledge. Still getting the hang of the ins and out of the site. Maybe I have to wait for the Echeck to clear. Project News: I brought the Stallion home after a couple months stay at Ed Combs Upholstery Shop in Huntington www.combsuph.com. Por15'd the floor put in new carpet & sound barrier. He let me work in his parking lot while waiting on getting the seats reupholtstered, new headliner and window seals and front windshield. After bringing it home on the back of the Dolly in a wicked down pour. I just had to sit in it and enjoy the interior. Thats when I noticed the leaks in the Windshield and the seam in the seal that had split. Ill have to look and see where I bought the seal after further examination its so loose on the windshield you can move it back and forth and see it moving on both sides of the glass. OH well, "In everyones life a little rain must fall", Just wish it wasnt on the new seats and carpet. Kevin
