Pull your windshield trim...With a sharp knife or utillity knife cut the face of the weather stripping off...(Stick the blade between the glass and weatherstripping face)
The quarter glass is held on by 3 screws at the B-pillar (They are hiding under the weather stripping) Then remove the carboard cover off the latch portion attached to the car interrior and remove the screws and it will come right out...

For the rear quarter windows, carefully pry off the cover on the inside of the latch. Don't destroy those covers as they can be glued back in place. With the cover off, remove the 2 screws that hold the latch in place. With the latch unscrewed, the window will now open very far and allow you to get at the 3 screws that hold the whole assembly on the car. The whole process takes like 3 minutes to do both sides ............... :)
