    hello!
what happens is that activating turn signal only sends a voltage of 4V.
is not enough to turn the focus.
that problem is? GND of the circuit will be the direccioanles that goes on the wheel?
also scores very low voltage light up!

    help!

Bad ground wires and connections cause many electrical problems. If you are still getting voltage, but it is very low like that, cleaning the grounding spots may help.

They are certainly the easiest places to look first too, and just good practice when dealing with old cars like ours.

Many are just wires leading away from the lights, etc. that are screwed to a nearby piece of the frame. Clean that terminal up, and make sure that the metal it attached to has not been painted over. They need bare metal contact.

I would use a voltmeter to find the voltage drop with turn signal operating. Couid be in the switch (bad contacts), at any connector, or at the ground(s).

If the problem isn't in the switch, cleaning the contacts will fix the problem and a tiny bit of conducting grease on the contacts will help prevent it from happening again.
