Katie and I are proud owners of a 1972 maverick drag car. The 351 w is a stout piece of motor, no juice, all motor.
6.78 at 103 mph is best so far 1/8th mile, but need to lighten up the car.
I would like to know where I could buy fiberglass doors and trunk lid from.
    Thanks
    Randy

Yeah, I have alot of tweaking to do to get onto the first page... :D I have to remind myself I built my car for the street, not the strip.. ;)

Welcome aboard, that's a quick car you've got! [IMG]

Have you ever been on the 1/4 mile?
If not, once you do it, that will be all you want to run....the speed is a freakin rush!

Don't see the doors your are asking for, but the trunk lid is there.

i havent had this car on the 1/4 mile yet but plan on it this year.
i raced my cougar on the 1/4 mile track
i like the 1/8 mile better--its easier on the car
