I just sold a Maverick here in the states that is supposedly getting exported to Brazil. Who knows, you might see it there soon. :)

Thank's again! I really hope it doesn't take long for me to get my mav, but here in Brazil prices for these beautys are going crazy... The simplest model, which here translates to a 4-cylinder 2.3L, are sold from $8K (with much to do) to $12K and higher (the ones in better shape)! The rare ones in good condition with the V-8 302 are typically sold by the $30K mark...

Hi Ray, so you sold a maverick to Brazil lately? Good to know... Was it easy to do?
Do you have more information about taxes and papers and so on? What about the freight charges?
    Thank you!

I sold it to a Brazilian who is currently living in the states. He told me he was buying it with the intent of sending it to Brazil. He said it was going to take about 2 months and was going to cost him about $10,000 US dollars just to ship. Sorry, I can't tell you anything more than that.
