I read it is a marine carb, so what is the difference? Can I use it on the Maverick, with rised pressure, edel. rpm intake and headers, new cam...?
Or what kinde carb you recommend, mostly street, sometimes little fun on the strip?
    Thanks!

marine carbs usually dont have vac ports and overflow back into the carb instead of randomly straight up.itll work on a car without vac advance or a pcv valve, but i would sell it on ebay as a boat carb and use the money to buy a new carb. the marine safety regs make it sell for at least 100 dollars more than a car one of same type. just put a four barrel edel on my boat and even while i was considering an ebay one i was very frustrated with the higher cost.

Yep :yup: . The bowl vents turn down into the venturi in case the needle and seat stick but that never happens with holleys:rolleyes: . List it as a marine type carb and it sould pull some decent dough if its in good shape.
