Hey Fellas, My 76 came with Mustang hinges retrofitted in.. I hand a issue with one of the hinges and reverted back to stock style hinges... So now I need a hood prop rod.. I was in the forum search and so far came up with the knowledge that the 74+ or so cars had a different hood prop? That may have been on the fender and not across the radiator apron? anyone have any pictures of this? thanks!
'77 was the year with the oddball hood prop. 71-76 used the same rod. The hole in the hood webbing for the prop rod is in a different location on the '70. I don't know if the rod length changed or not in '71
