This is the car I'm using as the test mule for the EFI 2.3. Possibly the first (and only?) running 2.3L Maverick in the U.S.?

Garrett (koopstamaverick) on here has a '69.5 also. The VIN on his ends with 167167... mine with 167193.. Real close!

I have 3, my 1000009 car which is the one with the custom aluminum interior that is having all the chassis work done to it right now, my red Blazer stripe interior car and technically my orange main drag racing car is a 69.5, but its VIN(switched before me) says it is a 72. So, at my house, they account for 1/3 of my Mavericks/Comets.

I have one now, it is the third one I have owned and they were all before I knew anything about there being a difference. I don't have a pick of the car here at work but it is my blue one.

That's why it's just the test mule. The car has been hit hard in the left rear rear, the rear frame is bent and the whole body is slightly twisted. I'm using it to mock everything up and get it running and driving. Then once the other car is painted and everything, I'll be able to just pull the engine out and bolt it all right in the other car. I'm sure I'll drive it around quite a bit in the mean time though, like to our fall cruise and show and stuff.

Mine is gutted to the last nut and bolt right now and sits on a home made roll over stand but lots of progress is being made every week to bringing it back to life.

I have one I bought from my great auntie. Sticker no tag and was painted over. Got the 13 inch tires. The orange drag car I sold last year was a halfer also, still got the ignition switch from it
