how many people have a 89-93 or 94-95 5.0 ho in your maverick??

really bored......lol

im curious because i dont want to look though all the members pages to find out, and i wanna see the different setups and how they did their conversions

There's this thing called the Search feature.

Roller blocks are really popular.

It's not much of a conversion when a 5.0L and a 302 are the same thing.

lol no i know the swap and that 302 means 5.0... basicly wanting to look at different kinds of efi mavericks... just wanting to see what others did..

 

That's why you search "roller conversion","EFI swap" or "roller block".

It'll get you a plethora of info without having to wait for people to comment

Mine's a 5.0 but not EFI.

 

Mine's a 89 HO but no EFI.

mine is a 5.0 but not efi............yet!

 

Mine is a rebuilt 88 block, non HO 5.0. I drilled and tapped the lifter valley to accept the roller conversion, and used 1.7 roller rockers, and a hand-me-down cam. It originally had EFI but I took the intake off and tossed it in favor of my old single plane intake. Put my old heads on and all the other parts. The flat top pistons help over the old 302 dished ones, and roller "everything" helps a bit, too.

a friend had an exhaust shop at the time and I traded installing a supercharger for the exhaust.
