How old were ya when you got your first Mav/Comet?

    How old were y'all when you got your first Maverick/Comet?

    It was March 9, 2006 when I bought my first car, a green 75 4-door Mav for $800. Had 29,000 Miles on it, mint interior, but a bondo wagon. I was 17 yrs old.

    In May of the same year I traded my Ranger for my white 74 Maverick 2-door with my brother, Mark Bracken. That's my baby, and plan to have it for many years!:tiphat:

    I am 59 years old and I got my first Maverick about 6 weeks ago. A 1973 2 door with a 302 I drove it today for the first time.

    It was 1980 and I was 20. Had it until 1986.

    Got my second Comet in 1992 and still have it.
