I,m In The Learning Stage Still.....
How Do You Set The Timing For A 71 302 Maverick.
I Have Replaced The Points With A Pertronics.
I Have Also Replaced The Alternator, Spark Plug Wires, Spark Plugs, Battery, Solenoid And Dist Cap. The Only Thing I Haven't Replaced Is The Coil And Voltage Regulator.
The Engine Wont Run. It Cranks Just Fine, But Won't Run.
Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.
    Thanks

If you have the dizzy even close to TDC the engine should fire and run. Pertronix can be tricky ... make sure you have it hooked up correctly ... if it doesn't have a constant 12V it will not work.

Did it run before you started replacing parts?

same thought here, usually if you have the timing real far out of wack...it won't "crank just fine"
