Remember that all the car manufacturers were advertising low HP from the late 60s to the late 70s for insurance purposes. In 1970 the 200 was rated at 91HP at 4000 rpm and 154 Lb. Ft. of torque at 2200 rpm with 8.3:1 compression and a cam that was longer duration, higher lift and used higher ratio rockers than the 170 or the 250. There was a bit of trickery going on in those days. The net HP at the crank was probably close to 91 at 4000 but at 4400 it was slightly over 108 and the torque was 160 @2450.
