i didnt think it would ever happen. somone broke into my mav..... betwen 12:30 and 2 this after noon right in front of my house. Im Pissed. im glad i havnt sold my blue 72, because i neded a window. any way ive got a few bums, i paid them in cans, looking for somone selling my radio and hopefully i can catch this loser.
Wow!! You typed "ass" and it didn't come up as "***" Mine is parked outside for the next few nights. I worry about it tremendously. But there is a newly painted boat motor hanging off of the engine hoist, and no room for a car in the garage. I might move things around tonight and make it fit..
Been there, I feel your pain. I still need to find someone who can repair my passenger side door lock ( and find a set of locks ). The crook took a hammer to the keyhole and punched a hole all the way through. I wish I only had to replace glass. Good luck. P.S.- If you find them and kick their A$$'$, double it for all those here on the board who have not got the chance yet who have been through the same thing.
SFPD does not respond to auto burglary. they say i can report it online with there new online report system. that would be ok if perhaps i lost a cell phone or if my bike got stolen, or if i had more insurance. but i guess the only way to interact with a cop is to drive around without a shoulder belt, then they all wana ask you a few questions. i knew i got that 72 for a reason. funny fact....72 quarter glass held in with philips, 75 5/16.. now i wish i only had one and could park it inside.
