    I got three old magazines,.....Motor Trend August 1969: they drop a V8 in the new Maverick, and an interview with Lee Iacocca , and others about the Maverick... Hot Rod magazine Feb. 1970 They drop a V8 into the Mav. ...Hot Rodding Nov. 1970 ,Hopping up your six-cylinder Maverick! , I like this one,..head swaps and three-one barrel carbs/Offenhauser adapters,...isky cams(y)

    Hey thats cool i got a febuary '69 Motor Trend with the "new" Ford Maverick on the cover. I kinda collect those old magazines. Its good reading about those cars from that perspective and the road tests are a lot more interesting than todays.:)

    I just bought the February 1970 and the April 1971 editions of Hot Rod. The April 71 issue is supposed to have an article on the then new V8 Grabber.
