whats it sound like to you guys? turn signals work fine, ive changed the bulbs back and forth. the front passenger side turn signal does not blink when the headlights are on. also... if i hit my dimmer switch all lights sometimes go out. they usually come back in a few seconds. i had an odd looking plastic ring fall out from under my dash. ive yet to figure out where it goes. looks like it should have 1/4" bolt or stud going thru it. that didnt fall out. after said incident.... sometimes my blinker wont work. ive worked the flasher + wiring down to where i can reach it in case my turn signal isnt blinking. usually by just moving the wires, it'll work. i wish i had a camera to show a picture of whatever it is. i imagine its a link to my problem. id appreciate yall's help
