I am sure this has been asked, but I must ask as well... how different is the suspension/front end on a Maverick than it is on a:

    Mustang
    Ranchero
    Falcon
    Fairlane

    ect...

I'll be going to Pull-a-Part again, but I actually want to buy something this time... I'm hoping to luck out! I am going to go ahead with front discs, but I'm hoping to be able to retrofit R&P+PS on the Maverick...

    Any help is appreciated.

Look for a Granada for the front discs. There may be some 69-70 mustang parts that will work, but not many. Going to have to be 75-77 Maverick or 77-79 Granada or Mercury Monarc to be exact fit. Mustang II can be swapped in, but you have to change the entire suspension.

Depending on the year and lugs of your Mav, depends on how much you have to swap.
Even the Maverick brakes need other parts swapped if you have one before a certain year... 72 down I think

    Edit: 68-69 Ranchero = Torino/Fairlane
Many earlier parts fit. The first Falcons and Mustangs can use Mav parts or vice-versa. However the early brakes are very complex and hard to find. That is why those guys rob our Mavs and Granadas for brakes, but we don't look for theirs.
