can anyone tell me if there is more than one hot wire that hooks 2 the coil i have 2 wires that are hot but i only had one hooked 2 my ballast resiistor and unilite red wire can anyone help in telling me what they both need to be used for .the harness coming from the fire wall has about 4 wires coming threw and at the end has a plastic plug with female ends and a male end plugged in ,well on the mal eend there is 2 bigger wires ,both are hot can someone tell me do i need both wires hooked up somewhere thanx for ur help
Here are wiring diagrams http://www.maverickcomet.com/Wiring/Maverick.asp You shouldn't have a ballast resistor unless someone deleted the resistor wire under the dash.
