mirrors

    1973 Comet,1930 Ford Model A truck,1976 Eldorado convertible
    Anyone know if the mirrors on the Comets are interchangable from left to right? I want a right hand mirror for my 4 door Comet but don't know what will fit or where to find one.:confused:

    As far as I know, there was never a matching right hand mirror for any mirror, other than the sport mirrors. Best bet would be to look in junkyards. Especially at later model stuff.

    If its the chrome ones you want........ I think I have an extra one laying around
    My 66 F-100 had them on there..... not the original mirrors, but I think I got an extra laying around.
