In order to pass Inspection I have to install a functional Parking Brake Cable. Currently the cable is snipped and fastened( under drivers seat area) under car. I have a 76 Mav and a 9 inch rear end. Seller told me that it is around 1958 vintage but same fellow told me it was all hooked up and just needed a shot of WD-40 applied into the casement. Makes me wonder that some people never work on their car. . What can I do to rectify this problem? Thanks.....Paul
