molding clips

    does anyone know if the clips that hold the trim around the front and rear winshield,are still aval.?i called ford but they want$1.91 each!!:confused: if anyone knows the company who makes/carries them and a part# that would be great.(y)

    1977 Maverick 2 door with a 302.
    We get them at our local Car Quest store. Actually, any auto parts store should carry them. Just be sure to take one along with you so they can match thiers up to yours.

    thanks jean,i tried the local autozone,napa,carquest,but no one seems to carry them anymore.i can't see paying $1.91 from ford.thanks again for the reply...chuck.

    The clips from Autokrafters are better quality then the ones that you get from Car Quest or Oreilly's......but both will work....I ended up using some from Autokarafters and then getting the rest from Oreilly's....

    I got them from a local Auto Paint supply store ... $7.00 for box of 50 ... Original style yellow clips ...
