Ok so what did the Trooper say to you??? Only cops I've spoke to with the Mav have a ton of questions about the car.

The mav is gone but i'm still here!

I don't know about Kentucky but in cali if the car wasn't originally equipt with one then it's not required.

But i highly recomend anyone with just the lap belt to install the shoulder kind, i was in an acident once in my old F250 that just had the lap belt and i had my head smashed into the winshiled .... thankfully it was only a 25MPH crash, so i didn't get hurt, but my windshield did :(

Are you serious? then whats up with all those early ones that i've seen in person and at the junkyard's with no shoulder belts?

EDIT: i found my own answer, ive seen so many that i literally thought the early ones didnt come with them. I guess people just leave them out.

My 69.5 had the same belt set up as my current 72. Manual lap and shoulder belts. I love to watch noobys in my car reach for something on the parcel shelf and stop dead in the shoulder harness.:bouncy:
