I got these new AutoMeter Sport-Comp gauges back in '97 or '98 and finally installed them just last month.:yup: My other gauges worked just fine, but were a little too small to see at a quick glance. So I've had the new ones for all these years but was too lazy to install them. Just one less thing on the "to do" list now...:90:

It's not on the hood...It's on top of an engine on the garage floor in front of the car. There's a brand new 302 oil pan in that box. Oh, and the box is sitting on top of a Chevy engine...

    Looks good TL.
I don't know why, but when I see pics of your contrasting interior colors, I think; Eddie Bauer.?

No, not razzing you, it just reminds me of Eddie Bauer interiors for some reason.

Ya know T.L. I like that 2 tone interior really looks sharp. Nice guages. I can't believe you waited so long to put them in though.:tsk:

Thanks for all of the compliments.

Yeah, this Chevy engine is no good either, it's blown, but I need a bunch of parts and accessories off of it for my other project car, so it's gonna stay right there until I have time to get to it. Obviously, the Maverick takes priority over any GM product...

Not to threadjack here, but I was in a pub not long ago that had a garage-type theme going on, and they were using a 350 Chevy as a stand for their popcorn machine.
