New Member 73 Comet front bumper conversion

    I'm a newbie so forgive me if this has been asked before but here we go. I am considering a very clean 73 comet and was wondering if and what it takes to convert the front 5MPH bumper to the earlier smaller design. Any suggestions/articles would be appreciated. Jim jwylam@cfl.rr.com

    This swap has been done plenty of times. Just use the search function and look up "small bumper swap", "small bumper conversion", etc. Keep in mind, that 1973 front bumper is one year only. There is also a way to tuck that bumper in a little. Just search for "bumper tuck". Good luck! :thumbs2:
