    Hi everyone,

I thought I would stop in to introduce myself before i cruised the forum any more. My name is Clint and I purchased a 73 Maverick about a week ago. I'd been looking around for quite some time for a 72 or 73 and found a decent one when I got back from my current deployment. It has an EFI 302 in it with a Lentech AOD right now. The drivetrain is solid with less than 6000 miles on it. The body is a bit rough...But it fit my plans so I went ahead and got it. So that's about it, you'll probably be seeing me around a lot now.

    Clint

Thanks for the welcome, everyone. Dan, my home is just north of Champaign (Dewey). I'm stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC right now. I'm out of the corps in about two months and will be in Il until late June. I'm moving to Houston, Tx to go to school down there to become a machinist/engine builder.

I do have a couple of pics and a question, also. I haven't done much more than drive this car from where I bought it to where I parked it in Illinois so i haven't checked into this yet. Can you remove the entire front end (fenders, inner fenders, front clip) in one piece? This is my first unibody car and i don't know much about body work in the first place.

Front end does not come off like a GM product. So, no not really cause the core support and inner fenders are spot welded on.
