    Hey everybody.. i am the proud owner of a 1972 comet gt that my dad bought me when i turned 16. im 20 now and havent started the restoration yet. I plan to start on it this summer and i hope all you guys will be able to help me with parts and more info as i need it. Cant wait to have her in good running condition and looking better than new.     :Welcome: i also got my car from my dad but at 15 6 months later i sarted the engine for the first time in 10 years got a radiator new starter and other parts for about $100

    72MercCometGT: Where are you located in Tennessee. It sure would help if everyone would list where you are located instead of just the state. Especially the 3 great states of Tennessee. If you live in Tennessee you know what this means.

    That would be East, Middle and west. The three great states of Tennessee. It's about an 8 1/2 hour drive across Tennessee.
