    Hello all,
    I just purchased a maverick, 73 roller orig V8 car, needs paint but is pretty straight, no rust except under right rear bumper. Has all mustang II front suspension with aftermarket tubular A arms and coilovers. Fiber glass bumpers.

    This is my first Maverick but my father had a 70 drag car back in the 80's. I have wanted one since then.

    I will be turning this one into a street strip car 347, c4 etc.

    Right now I will be pricing out the best bacng for the buck rearend.

    So here I am on a Maverick forum coming from fox body mustang forums.

    Welcome to the madness.With the M II front suspension you can put virtually anything in there.Have fun with it, sounds like a great foundation to start with.

    There are several mav owners and forum members in and around Houston. At times, we have had 6-8 gathered at various car shows, swap meets, etc. Keep your head up in here and we usually post that we will be meeting somewhere.
