My son and I have fallen in love with the maverciks. We want to restore a grabber for him. Gonna have his license in year and a half so thought we would get started. Trying to find a good donor car, preferably a small bumper grabber. Curious if I am crazy for doing this price wise or if I should just buy one. The idea of building one together I think will make it worth it. So if anyone knows of a good car let me know. 815-922-4694 or jccr920@gmail.com. .thanks and we are glad to be here

It is always pretty much cheaper to buy a "done" car than a project car, no matter what the car is.

Welcome, I'm a new bee here also. There is a Maverick sitting by a shed in Wilton Center Ill. It's on the west side of Cedar. South of Peotone Rd and just North of the curve of R#52. It's brown with a black bottom.
