Ok, without saying who or when, I can tell you all that new parts are in the early stages, and many others being studied and looked at.

What is in the early stages:
    1. Maverick Gas Cap (deluxe)
    2. Maverick grille ornament (center)
    3. Boomerangs (squared corner)
    4. Manual floor shift boot & bezel
    5. Correct heater & AC box seal kits

Whats being looked at and studied (may never come to fruition)
    1. Speedometer cluster backs (all 3)
    2. Cluster circuit boards (all 3)
    3. Heater control bezels (early & late, with and without rear defogger option)
    4. Hand brake handle
    5. Marker light bezels

As always, I will keep you all informed as I get additional info and continue working with vendors.

Always good news to hear about possible new parts! I would definitely be in for a deluxe Maverick gas cap!

I'm curious why we don't have a grill option yet. most brittle part in these cars and no after market option. lol

It comes down to supply and demand. Demand is always high for each part reproduced, however many people forget about the enormous amount of money manufacturers have to put into tooling. Every company desires to at least recoup their initial investment, but once a new product hits the market, you'll find the majority of Maverick/Comet owners complain about the price being charged, thus the supply is there, just no more demand. This is the number one reason it is so hard for individuals such as Craig and I to locate manufacturers willing to discuss reproduction Maverick parts with us.
