Anyone know whether early Mustang brake & clutch pedal pads will fit Mav pedals ?

Do you recall whether you ordered pads for '65-'68 or for '69-'73 ?

I dont remember for sure but I would bet money it would be the 69-73. Makes sense so Ford could use same parts on different lines.

    FYI

Always check the AutoKrafters web site for your needs. They cross reference all thier parts in the description. Look up the pads and they will tell you what year Mustang, Torino, etc they will also fit. I live about 30 minutes from Mustangs Unlimited. If I need a Maverick part the crosses with a Mustang I go there and buy it for cheaper than AK sells it. Dan

I bought my pads at National Parts Depot. LOTS of mustang parts, but they don't know how to cross over to Maverick. You have to know what you want.

My clutch pedal was a '65 Mustang. Not sure about the brake though. It's suprising how much 'old stock' was used in the Maverick, like door handles (67-8 Mustang).

Here are my pedals waiting to go in. Both the pads and stainless trim are ala Mustang. I have a matching Mustang Gas Pedal but not sure if it will work ... Dan
