performance oil pan?

    milodon makes an 8qt front sump with good internal baffling.

    Missing my old '70 Maverick
    Too bad the guy on ebay doesn't have any Milodon type anymore. I bought an 8qt a while back but can't even find the guy who sells them now. He had the best price I'd found.

    '73 302 parts car 1969 1/2 351w/tko-500 in progress
    does that pan need any special oil pump?
    im assuming that pan is for a 302?

    would need a special oil pump pickup .....yes that link and pic is for a 302 .....but is the same type i have on my 393

    i use a moroso. holds about 9 qts, i think. first time at the store, the wife grabbed one of those 5 qt. jugs for an oil change. she looked surprised when i told her it now takes two of those.:D
