    do you have the right flash player installed? i actually have to watch it from IE because i do my main surfing in firefox and intentionally do not install the plugins. then if it is something i actually want to pop up or run i copy the link to IE. a little bit of a pain but it stops a lot of cr@p from installing. ;)
