I always find myself planning this time of year for Spring. I am still with out a heated Garage here in MI, and this is when I like to plan out some Swap Meets, collect Parts, and see what Funds are going to the Mavirick this Year. Last year I did not spend alot of time or ($$$) on the Mav. I came across a very neat, yes even different ..cool car a Pinto Rallye. It was stored away for years 34,000 miles ,last year of the Pinto. Got it all clean up and finished, now the Maverick takes #1 spot in 2013. I have purchased small bumpers and valance, also Grabber Hood is getting finished. I hope to pick out Paint and stripes this Year. I made Hotel Reservation for the Big Swap Meet in Columbus Ohio Today, cant wait... hope all your expectation come true in 2013...Kirk...
I never for one second of my life thought i would say to anyone " Thats one sweet Pinto ", nice to have something new added to my vocabulary. Great find, try to keep the miles low, low miles on a car thats in that good of shape can only gain in value IMHO. P.S Good luck with all your spring time aspirations on the Mav, i want warm weather NOW !!!!!!
