im trying to take my control valve off of my center link to swap out the ball stud but there is a pin in the way keeping me from unthreading the c.v. off. its not a cotter pin its a barrel? pin. have you guys seen this.
i cant seem to pull it off and im tempted to bang it . any suggestions??

how much luck have you guys had taking out the old idler arm bushing? i got the rubber bushing out but the metal "housing" is in there pretty good.

Drive the roll pin out with a punch and hammer.

The shop manual will tell you how to remove, rebuild, install, adjust the control arm and also the power steering cylinder or pump...or as far as that goes...any other part on a car.
