For the new rod inside the steering column, I use this.......http://www.ebay.com/itm/331397432236?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

For the support bearing I use this, bolted to a bracket then welded to the top of the frame....http://www.ebay.com/itm/150775516871?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

For the rod between the double u-joint on the end of the steering column and the u-joint on the rack, I use this, cut to the length I need and grind one end to a "DD".....http://www.ebay.com/itm/181828856311?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

For the double u-joint at the end of the column, I use this...http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-4-36-Spline-X-3-4-DD-Stainless-DOUBLE-U-Joint-Coupler-Mustang-II-Power-Rack/201416001880?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=34227&meid=f17e2f9f043f4970861caa0db6bb1479&pid=100011&rk=3&rkt=10&sd=380939428568

For the u-joint at the rack, I use this......http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-4-30-spline-x-3-4-DD-Stainless-Steel-Universal-Steering-U-Joint-SS-Unisteer/141762606195?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=34227&meid=be8437a63ce148df8c6940804fb3f6bd&pid=100011&rk=3&rkt=10&sd=271006092647

For the P/S lines I re-use the original lines from a u-pull-it rack and attach the pressure line to the pressure line from the pump with a compression fitting, then re-use the return line, from the cavalier.
I like to use a junkyard rack, that way I get the u-clamps that attach the rack to the brackets I make and those brackets attach to the stock holes in the frame where the original steering gear and idler arm were attached.
I like to use the right side tie rods from the cavalier, you will need 2 right sides for this job, they attach to a bracket that is then attached to the rack. Pretty simple.

Do you have the dimensions for all the mounting brackets and the bracket for the inner tie rods?
