The highest I have seen was $600 for an NOS one on eBay ... there's not really a going rate for one ... if somebody is restoring a Grabber at the time and absolutely needs a hood you could get more ... but most folks just want to put it on their non-Grabber mavericks so just kinda wait around for a reasonably priced one ...

I think nice examples will go for a grand in a couple years. If anyone has a rusted grabber hood and thinks it is not worth much, keep it. They are all we have.

Well ... there is currently an almost mint one on eBay with a starting bid of $550 ... no bids yet ...

    Here's my 3 Grabber hoods .... :)

The hood in front of my Grabber is rust free but somebody did a black spray job on that one too. Gonna strip it down one day and prime it ... was originally Grabber Blue ...

I paid $450 for a rust free one in great condition two months ago. It was more than I knew I could get one for but it was local and the same color as my car, so I snatched it up...I'm really glad I did.:) They are getting pretty hard to come by nowadays and most have a rusted front lip.

Personelly, I dont like them. Take a flat hood and use your imagination. Many choices out there for scoops. Only reason I'd buy one is to resale it.

they have fiberglass reproductions now in auto krafters. i thought about buying one as a second lid and making the scoops functional:evilsmile.
