   i have a 1989 5.0 rear end with 3:73 gears and disc brakes. will it work in my 77 mav and how hard is it to do the brakes. any one have some tips for me

   Original 72 Sprint Owner, 71 Comet GT, 57 Ranchwagon, 57 4 dr Wagon

   It will have to be converted to use leaf springs and it is a lot wider than the Maverick rear. You will need to shorten it or use wheels with a lot of offset.
