seat confusion?

    [​IMG] ello gang well i got a set of 73 ldo comet buckets with mint tracks,foam,and frames but ill be darn if i can find aftermarket seat covers. eny ideas would help greatly. pluss were they avalable in other models?

    Have a local shop recover them. They should have materials close to the original.

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    Those are not 1973 LDO seats. Those are high back bucket seats. Are you talking about another set of seats?

    o ok there reg 73 hi backs but did they put them in other merc or ford models?

    If I remember correctly, the 73-74 style highback bucket seats are unique to the Maverick/Comet. The earlier highback seats were the same as the 71-73 Mustang highbacks.

    You will not find pre-made skins for the 73-74 style buckets, but as stated, an upholstery shop can get that taken care of for you.
