Shifter Install

I was thinking about changing my Maverick from the auto shift on the column to a floor shift but my car has a bench seat. I was wondering if anyone else has this set up and if you have pics.....

 

I think a factory floor shifter would interfere with a bench seat.

 

I had a bench seat with a B&M Mega Shifter It worked just fine and there were no issues with fitment. I didn't want my bench anymore, so recently my buddy put in some Mustang buckets and replaced the B&M with a stock floor shifter. I like it much better now.

I ran a factory bench, with the factory floor shifter with no issues.

 

I have a B/M floor shifter in my Sprint with the bench seat...No issues at all. OoPs No shifter in first pic...Sorry.

 

Wow, I never would have guessed that...
