Shock absorbers from another car?

    76 Small Bumpered Maverick(sold), 691/2 Maverick, 55 Ford Club Sedan, 65 Fairlane 500 Hardtop, 1960 Galaxie Club Sedan
    Anyone know if there are shocks from other cars that will work on the Mavericks?

    1972 Comet GT clone 306 . 1969 Fairlane Cobra 428CJ 1988 T-Bird awaiting 331 ..
    The front suspension is same as '66-'71 Falcon, Fairlane, Torino, '67-'73 Stang/Cougar and the '75-'80 Granada... Only thing that would prevent swapping shocks between any of these, the upper mount uses a pin on some models(my Cobra Jet) and others use the eyelet with a slotted bar so bolts in place...

    For the rear I haven't a clue...
