Lots of guys on here told me not to get rid of my car but i did it against their suggestion. Well, after much going around me and my ex got a divorce and I ended up with just my bikes which is good I'm happy bout that but I got rid of my car to make her happy and that damned sure didnt work i should hav ejust kept it and if I knew it was goin to end up like this I would have kept it. So, Im looking to get another and this time im goin to fix it up real nice so if you all know of one for sale pls hit me up I want one with no damage to the roof line and cowls

I feel for ya man. Its a lot cheaper to find another car than another wife. Good for you trying to save the marriage thing too bad it didnt work out. Maybe it did work out? Depends how you look at it.

I'm sure you'll find a car and maybe it will turn out to be a step up from the old one. HMMM that applies to the wife thing as well.
    good luck, Darren.

yea, sometimes life happans, I have had my 55 since I was 14 back in 71, there have been times when I have totally lost interest in it (divorce in 85) but thank God I kept it, don't know were u are right now but you"ll be back on your hind feet in time and move on, A project like a new Maverick is perfect medicine!

If it makes you feel any better ... my second Comet is so much better than the first one that used to annoy my first wife to no end.

I threatened to have "The Other Woman" pinstriped on the back of deck lid because she used to nag ... "you spend more time with that car than you do with me" ... to which I would reply ... "yeah, and it doesn't talk back to me, either" ... :rofl2:
